Parking costs approximately $9 per hour, so plan accordingly based on the duration of your visit and your scheduled departure time.

Metered parking is available along Biscayne Blvd, but it can fill up quickly, especially during busy times.

During events or Miami Heat games, traffic can increase significantly, so allow extra time to find parking and arrive at your departure time.

For your convenience, the Bayside Marketplace parking garage is not far from our ticket booth, making it an ideal option.

Cancellation Policy

You can cancel your booking up to 48 hours before your departure time and receive a full refund—no questions asked.

Cancellations made less than 48 hours before your departure time are not eligible for a refund.

Missed departure times or failure to arrive on time will not be refunded. Please ensure you check in at least 30 minutes prior to your boat cruise.

If the weather conditions are less than ideal (rain, wind, etc.), the Sightseeing Cruise will still operate, and no refunds will be provided.

We always want our customers to experience the best of Millionaire’s Row, Miami Beach, and the Port of Miami, and that’s why we have the best cancellation policy in place compared to any other company. But let’s be real—who wants to cancel a Miami Sightseeing Cruise? If you need to, though, we are here for you.
